Antonietta Collins
Antonietta Tonite Gonzalez-Collins is an Mexican American broadcaster. She is currently an ESPN sportscaster. ESPN who is also anchor for SportsCenter reports and hosts SportsNation. She was hired by ESPN in 2016. Her mother is Maria Antonieta Collins, a journalist on television. Antonietta Collins was a bilingual since she was nine years old a useful talent that enabled her to get her first position working as an assistant to the producer at Univision in Miami and provided her with the opportunity to be a part of the production team for National programs like Nuestra Belleza Latina, Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud and Primer Impacto. In 2009, the CBS affiliate located in St. Petersburg hired her following this to become a sports reporter. She moved in 2009 from Rio Grande Valley, Texas to become an anchor for the newscast of KNVO TV 48 Univision. Spanish channel KNVO TV 48 Univision and Fox2 News. Reporting on stories on the trafficking of drugs and immigration from both sides of the Mexico-Texas Border, she worked as an anchor on the Spanish channel KNVO TV 48 at 5 pm. Soon after, her parents separated and, in 1995 Fabio Fajardo got married again. He died from kidney cancer in the year 2006. It was during a time of summer when she was with her sister living in Canton Ohio where the older Collins girl had gotten an employment. At the time of her senior year in high school but with a clear idea what she wanted to do with her life Antonietta went to at the University of Mount Union to assess if it suited her needs. The campus was stunning and offered the degree she wanted. She graduated from high school and was enrolled in media studies at the college.
