Aleesha has been able to establish herself as the best female professional bodybuilder during the later portion of 2010. Aleesha was born into the largest family in which there were athletes. Her father was a bodybuilder alongside her sisters and brothers. were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha has been involved in a variety of sports like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was granted her professional card in 2014 after she won her first NPC USA Championships. But she started competing in the year 2008. In 2014, she participated in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. In 2015, she placed 9th. Aleesha placed 6th in both 2015 and in 2016 at her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Her first show as a professional was that of the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She had steadily improved and had won her Chicago Pro Championships. The best WOS result was achieved in the year 2020. Her finish was 4th. The "World's most powerful mother" did take a hiatus in bodybuilding because of issues with her health.
